First, think about what you bring into yourself and what could be harmful to you. Eliminate alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, refined sugar and saturated fats. Also, minimize the use of household cleaners and personal care products (shampoos, deodorants and toothpastes) and replace with natural alternatives.

 

Another enemy of good health is stress, which causes your body to release stress hormones into your system. While these hormones can provide a dose of "adrenaline" that will help you win the race or help you do something important to you within a certain time frame, in large quantities they create toxins and slow down the detoxification of the enzyme in the liver. After a detox program, you can cleanse your body daily with these diets, supplements, or a new lifestyle: 

Eat plenty of fiber, including brown rice and organically grown fresh fruits and vegetables. Beets, radish, artichoke, cabbage, broccoli, spirulina and chlorella (seaweed is an excellent detoxification food).

Clean and protect your liver by taking herbs such as butter, chickpeas and thistle milk, and drink plenty of green tea.

Take Vitamin C, which helps the body produce glutathione, a compound inside the liver that eliminates toxins.

Drink at least two liters of water daily.

Breathe deeply so that oxygen can circulate throughout your system.

Don't let stress develop by emphasizing positive emotions.

Try hydrotherapy, shower with very hot water for 5 minutes, let the water flow down your back and then shower with cold water for 30 seconds. Do this three times, then rest for about 30 minutes.
