Cleansing the body

Then fill the tub with water and pour a few drops of citrus aromatic oil (orange, lemon, lime) and a few drops of lavender oil into the water. Before entering the tub, take a rough terry glove and massage it firmly over your entire body. Act as if you were brushing your body with dust. This will enhance the blood circulation and the skin will absorb more aromatic, pharmacologically active from the bath. After spending 20 minutes in the prepared bath, you can start preparing your first meal - breakfast.

After an hour, make a fruit salad by combining kiwi, half an apple, an orange and half a banana. This meal will be a great introduction to the afternoon, giving you plenty of carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins and quality fiber.

 

Watch your breathing

An hour after a fruit meal, rest with light breathing exercises or take a walk. Take care of your breathing and breathe by lifting the scalp while inhaling and exhaling slightly through the nose. It is good to imagine that with every exhalation an "unclean" air comes out. Two hours later, it's time for the first vegetable meal. Cook the kale (roast, broccoli) and place two tablespoons of olive oil and two tablespoons of lemon juice on the cooked vegetables. With this cabbage serve two peeled potatoes pre-cooked or baked in a crust. This method of cooking in potatoes preserves most nutrients, and potatoes themselves will not affect the rapid release of glucose into the blood, but this release will occur gradually. The amount of cooked vegetables, cabbage (kale, raisins) and potatoes should not exceed 250 grams.

 

An hour after this meal, eat kefir or some other fermented dairy product to bring in much needed probiotics or good bacteria into your body, which help maintain normal digestion and boost the body's immune function.

 

Two hours after that, it's time for a light evening meal consisting of high-quality protein. It is best to serve boiled hake or grilled white meat with a large amount of fresh leafy vegetables (salad, frosting, arugula) to which you have added cubes of toasted bread.

 

Drink two deciliters of beetroot juice for about 20 hours. Beetroot helps in releasing substances that stimulate blood circulation and thus contribute to a better detoxification of the body. It is also the last meal before bed. An hour before going to bed, take a short bath to relieve tension in your feet and legs. Simply place a handful of large sea salt in hot water and add 3-4 tablespoons of peppermint oil. Keep your feet in the bath until the water is cool. You will feel relief and see the excess water leaving the body.

 

Try to get some rest at about 10pm at the latest and relax with the music. The real reward comes in the morning because you will feel lighter, more energized and energized.
